By registering for the Field Trip(s) organized by Expo Dubai Group FZCO (the “Organizer”) as part of The Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS) and Mayors’ Forum event, I, the undersigned delegate, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that registering for the Field Trip(s) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, outdoor activities, transportation, weather, and interaction with third-party venues.

I voluntarily choose to register with full knowledge of these risks and accept sole responsibility for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense that I may incur.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Expo Dubai Group FZCO, the event organizers, sponsors, partners, contractors, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my registration for the Field Trip(s).

This release applies to, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Transportation delays, accidents, or disruptions

I understand and agree that Expo Dubai Group FZCO reserves the right to make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to the Field Trip program at any time, for reasons including but not limited to safety, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

I am responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time for registration and boarding.

I acknowledge that transportation will depart promptly and that buses will not wait for latecomers. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the registration without a refund or recourse.

My registration is entirely voluntary. I confirm that I am in good health and capable of registering for the Field Trip.
